Return & Exchange Policy
Our return policy entitles you to a full refund within 15 days of purchase date, as long as the items are packaged in their original condition.
You can also exchange for Gift Vouchers, which are valid for 1 year.
Special orders, custom-made orders, installed and last-piece items may not be returned nor exchanged.
You can extend your warranty up to 5 years with our extended warranty program; the terms and conditions are available in store.
Products of Turkish brand Cilek have a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
German brand Kludi mixers have a 10-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Products of Japanese brand Toto have a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, 1-year warranty on electronic parts, and a 2-year warranty on technical parts and mechanisms.
Pillows & towels cannot be exchanged or returned or any purchases for personal uses cannot be return.
Cash purchases will be refunded against cash; bank card purchases (credit/debit) will be refunded to bank accounts within 15 days.
Cash purchases and refunds are carried out at the cashier’s desk only.
Delivery & Installation Policy
Free delivery service for Furniture and Sanitary & Tiles is available for purchases above KD 100.
A delivery fee will apply for invoices below KD 100 on Furniture and Sanitary & Tiles.
Furniture installation is free when completed at the time of first delivery.
Installation for sanitary and parquet is available with additional fees.
Tiles and sanitary products will be delivered to your front doorstep only.
Free storage service of up to 60 days is available for Furniture and Sanitary & Tiles.
Additional storage fee will apply for each day exceeding the above-mentioned period.
To cancel or reschedule your delivery, please call 1838883 at least 48 hours prior to the agreed delivery appointment.
Installation will be done in the location that the customer prefers as long as it is safe and sound.
If the selected location is deemed unfit, the customer will provide an alternative location.
Should our team assess that the location is unfit and may cause damage to the product, the installation team will provide the reasons on the delivery receipt. Installation will be done only after acquiring the customer’s signature relieving responsibility from our team should any damage occur.
I grant permission for Safat Home Installation Team to drill on my wall. I understand that the installation team shall not be responsible for any unexpected damage that may occur as a result of the installation process including but not limited to: drilling through electrical cables, water pipes, gas pipes, or chipped wall paint.
